About us
Paul and I have been together since November 2006. We first got to know each other over the phone while I was on a business trip to Chicago. We spoke every night for no less than 2 hours every night. Although we may be complete opposites on paper, we actually had a lot in common. Just from our conversation, I knew there was something very special about Paul.
Paul is a DPW worker for our town and is also a volunteer firefighter and EMT. I work as a network specialist for a financial data services company. We moved into our house in July 2009. Our house has been a labor of love and certainly takes the phrase "fixer-upper" to a whole other level. It's been trying at times with our house, but it's ours and we love it.
For Valentine's Day 2010, Paul and I adopted our baby Isabelle. She is a mixed breed that was rescued from a meth lab in South Carolina. We love her and spoil her rotten!
